Coordinate daily operations functions of the branch.
Supervise Teller/Customer Service Officer to ensure the customers service standard provided to customers in a friendly manner.
Support and coach Teller/Customer Service Officer in resolving any customer complaints promptly & effectively.
Authorize for account opening, close account & daily transactions (Deposit, Withdrawal, Account Transfer, Local and oversea transfer, Cheque clearing, Banker’s Cheque.
Monitor on the process over the counter of Teller & Customer Service Function ensure that all the process comply at all times with internal policies and procedure, etc. both in system usage and paper work.
Works with tellers to resolve more complex transactions, correct errors, and in assist with difficult customer requests.
Daily & Monthly reconciliation of value paper (Cheque, Banker’s cheque, Saving Passbook & Fixed Certificate).
Check/verify end day transactions of Teller & Customer Service which generated from Core Banking & other Systems (if any).
Check/verify end day cash balance of Teller.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in banking and finance or other related field
Minimum 3-year experience in customer service in banking industry or related field
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Result oriented
Hight commitment with problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
