Job Description

Monitor loan portfolio in balance sheet and off-balance sheet in the whole bank.
Find out abnormal loans promptly and propose solutions (restructure, recollect debt pre-maturity, lawsuit, v.v...) to handle abnormal loans.
Directly work with bad debt customers to collect debt and design collection plan.
Directly work with collection partners (property brokers, law companies...) to cooperate to collect bad debt from customers.
Other tasks relating to debt collection activities.

Have at least 3 years of experience in the banking industry and at least 1 year of experience working as a collection officer in a reputable bank.
Good in English both writing and speaking.
