Job Description

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the bank.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Manage and monitor the IT Risk,
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Report on risk metrics to senior management.
  • And other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in risk management, audit, compliance
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in Khmer and English (verbally and in writing)
  • Understand operational risk impact and ability to establish policies and guidelines to mitigate such risk
  • Sound ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
