- Digital Growth as Partnership Model: Build and lead the assigned sales objectives to achieve the targeted growth in financial performance and profitability metrics. Drive sales partnership, projects and customer/partners pipelines for new app user acquisitions, activeness and banking services integrated. Knowledge of Fintech, BAAS or B2B/B2C model is preferable.
- Targeting Customers of Remittance & Payment Solutions: Establish, seek pipelines, and initiate competitive campaigns and sales procedures to maximize product profitability and app user growth. Provide bundling strategies where appropriate to ensure product or user’s adoption. The role requires strong follow-up manner to identify right customer’s segment and partnering’s status.
- Report and Campaign Management: Initiate, conduct market survey and monitor cross units departments, especially Marketing, Branches and Customer Service to ensure product awareness and cross-sell metrics to execute sales plan. Initiate proposals, control sales reports and track marketing efforts and allocated budgets to ensure the success of implementation and provide assistance/training to internal and external customers whenever required.
- Solid experience in Fintech, digital banking products, and digital partnership is a big plus;
- Good understanding and experience of banking products, structuring Payment Solutions for corporate customers, competitor landscape, and incentive schemes;
- People leadership, influence, and change management through cross-team collaboration and shared purpose across sales KPI.
- Being adaptable to a changing working environment and adhoc on-site activation;
- Good English command and proposal writing.
