- Business Development: Build and lead the sales team to achieve and deliver the targeted growth in financial performance and profitability metrics. Drive sales momentum and customer pipelines for new revenue and growth across new and existing customer relationships.
- Market Segmentation and Targeting: Establish, implement, and maintain competitive pricing structures to maximize product profitability and shareholders’ value. Provide bundling strategies where appropriate to ensure product or solution profitability;
- Product Management: To identify and translate market opportunities into new products and services or enhancements to existing products to generate a strong and sustainable revenue stream. Drive marketing efforts to ensure the success of the products and services and provide assistance/guidance to internal and external customers whenever required.
- Solid experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance business development is a big plus
- Good understanding and knowledge of TB product suites, structuring TB solutions for corporate customers, competitor landscape, and the market;
- People leadership, influence and change management through, cross-team collaboration and shared purpose across sales and product businesses;
- Being adaptable to a changing working environment;
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively deal with people from a wide diversity of cultures and social environments;
- Good English command.
