Job Description

Manage/lead RMs and make sure the team can achieve individual target.
Develop and implement lending strategies tailored to SMEs, corporate clients, and retail customers.
Ensure the lending portfolio aligns with the bank's growth objectives and risk appetite
Monitor and analyze lending performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree in business management or others related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in lending, with a focus on SME, corporate, and retail banking
Demonstrated experience in credit assessment, loan underwriting, and portfolio management.
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Result oriented
High commitment with problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Friendly, Dynamic, Confident, and willing to learn and take new challenges
