Develop/define retail product vision and strategy in line with the business objectives of MBCambodia and market trends in the current local market.
Responsible for overall budgeting and business planning of retail credit and non-credit products and ensuring the smooth execution of related business plans, including managing the retail credit and non-credit product roadmap, timeline, and budgets.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for retail credit products and process enhancements that will drive business growth for retail credit products.
Develop and manage retail product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the design, including UI, UX, prototyping, and UAT phases, ensuring the product specifications or requirements are met.
Collaborate with all related project members to update/enhance the product features, requirements, or credit processes where appropriate.
Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance the retail product development processes and ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and best practices.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning for retail credit products.
Monitor product performance post-launch and incorporate feedback into future development.
Support and be in charge of the BPM system for the business stage.
Lead the UAT testing with the end users to ensure product readiness for smooth implementation.
Lead and support the retail credit product by providing guidance and coaching to the lending salesforce.
Oversee the end-to-end retail credit process, from loan application to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines and policies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as loan officers, credit appraisal and approval teams, credit operations, business units, Credit Risk Management, compliance, legal, IT, and external partners, to ensure the seamless execution of retail credit products.
Prepare and present regular reports on retail credit product performance, including loan volume and the portfolio of each retail credit product. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirement

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executives and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to support decision-making.
Deep understanding of customer-centric product development and user experience principles.
Experience in the banking industry, with expertise in product development and management.
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, core banking systems, and other applications related to product development).
Experience working with regional or international banks is an advantage.
