Job Description

Manage client’s portfolio
Acquiring new customers
Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
Ensuring smoothness of day-to-day operation and lending activities
Acquiring new account opening
Build referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
Write up credit proposal with high responsibility
Conduct daily sales reports to line manager
Follow up on client installment repayment
Ensure full compliance with all bank’s policies, lending guidelines & procedures and audit recommendation.
