On 18th February 2025, MBCambodia and Urbanland signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to offer Home Loan with a very special interest rate at only 4.90% per annum to customers of Borey Chankiri (the first project) and Chankiri Shophouse.

Mr. Him Phirom, Chief Retail Banking Officer of MBCambodia, stated during the MOU signing session that “This memorandum of understanding between MBCambodia with Borey Chankiri showcases the commitment of MBCambodia with top-tier real estate developer in Cambodia to provide a convenient financial solution to customers who are looking to purchase a new house. The customers of Borey Chankiri will be able to access for Home Loan with a very special interest rate at only 4.90% per annum for the 1st and 2nd year with grace period on principal up to 2 years.”
