Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan brings a wealth of experience in providing IT solutions, system architecture, and infrastructure as a service from his more than 20 years in the financial service sector. As IT Deputy Director at MBGroup in 2008 and then IT Director of MB Ageas Life in 2015, he proved his strong expertise in setting up and executing IT strategy and transformation and possesses a fantastic track record in building the IT platform for life insurance from the ground up. Before MBCambodia, Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan was the Deputy Chief Information Officer at MB Group in Vietnam, overseeing IT operations for the group and its subsidiaries.
Appointed as Chief Information Officer in February 2025, Mr. Tuan's leadership has been pivotal in overseeing technology initiatives essential to the bank's establishment, and his forward-thinking approach drives MBCambodia’s mission to strengthen digital capabilities. Through his dedication to innovation, he plays a key role in enhancing customer experiences and supporting the bank’s sustainable growth, delivering value for customers, shareholders, and investors.
