With over 20 years of experience in information technology and management, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai brings exceptional expertise to his role as Chief Information Officer at MB Bank (Cambodia) PLC. Joining the MBCambodia project in June 2021, he has been instrumental in advancing the bank’s technological infrastructure. Before his role at MBCambodia, Mr. Hai served as Chief Information Officer at SHB Finance, Deputy Director of the Technology Division at MCredit, and Director of the Application Development Center at VIB Bank, giving him a well-rounded understanding of IT's critical role in banking.
Appointed as Chief Information Officer in January 2024, Mr. Hai further advanced to a Board of Management Member by April 2024. His leadership has been pivotal in overseeing technology initiatives essential to the bank's establishment, and his forward-thinking approach drives MBCambodia’s mission to strengthen digital capabilities. Through his dedication to innovation, he plays key in enhancing customer experiences and supporting the bank’s sustainable growth, delivering value for customers, shareholders, and investors.
