Ms. Le Thi Lan Huong has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at MBCambodia Bank Plc (“MBCambodia”) since May 2024. At MBCambodia, our team strives to foster a corporate culture that values proactive solutions and positive work environments. Her role encompasses strategic partnership with management, ensuring that our human resources drive consistent and sustainable growth.
In her 16 years of working experience in banking (both international and local exposure) and high-tech sectors, Ms. Le Thi Lan Huong has been dedicated to helping organizations and leaders navigate through change and define and implement their Human Resources strategies. She possesses demonstrated success in establishing credibility and influencing key stakeholders at all levels, leading and motivating others in accomplishing corporate goals by promoting a positive work environment. Prior to MBCambodia, she was the Head of Human Resources at Hong Leong Bank Vietnam. Before that, she was the Senior Manager, Shared Services (overseeing HR, Admin, and Finance) at Fossil Vietnam (formerly Misfit)- the Center of Excellence for Cloud & App Innovation and Development for Fossil Group.
